The Executive Club cooperative was built in 1969. It’s located right on the Moorings Bay with quick and easy access to the sandy beach right across the street at the Vedado access point. The Executive Club was built in a horseshoe shape, allowing for great views from all of the units. This is a cooperative that does not have a land-lease. It is a 55 and older building, no pets are allowed. You can lease once a year with a 90 day minimum stay. There are 46 units in total at the Executive Club. There are 4 floors in the center and 2 floor villas on the end. The typical sized unit ranges from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet.
