Coquina Club condos give residents beautiful bay views

Coquina Club condos in The Moorings sits directly on Doctors Bay, giving every unit in these mid-rise condos beautiful bay views.

The Coquina Club condos on Gulf Shore Boulevard North is home to 70 units across four floors in a U-shaped building on the bay. Units range in size from roughly 1,000 to 1,300 square feet. The building surrounds a private green space featuring a bayside pool, grilling area, and 54 covered parking spaces.

If you love spending time on the water, you will feel right at home on the bay with access to the 22 boat slips that feature water and electricity hookups. There is also storage space for kayaks. The white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short five-minute walk from the community.

There is no shortage of things to do at and around the Coquina Club condos. During season, the community hosts weekly cocktail hours, yoga sessions, and water aerobics. A clubhouse that can host small private parties is available and is often the location of events sponsored by the association.

If you want to go out for some fun, a short drive north will take you to The Village Shops on Venetian Bay, home to upscale shopping and waterfront dining. Residents of The Moorings also have access to The Moorings Golf and Country Club, a short drive south of the Coquina Club.

Residents can lease their units twice a year for a minimum of 90 days if they choose not to spend the entire year in Naples. The community does not allow pets.
