Oil Update

Many people have been inquiring about the current and future conditions of the beaches here in Naples in relation to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. All of the beaches in Southwest Florida are oil-free and researchers expect it to stay that way, because of the loop current in the Gulf of Mexico. Click Here for the video coverage from Fox 4 News. In addition, other sources are saying that there is less than a 1% chance of oil reaching shores in Southwest Florida.
