Admiralty Point No. 1 – Moorings Beachfront

Located right on the north coast of Doctors Pass, Admiralty Point 1 (the west building) is the most uniqeuly shaped building in the Moorings development. It’s not just the curves, either. The outer unit stacks, only go up to the second floor. The number of floors per stack increases stepwise as you move toward the nine-story center stacks (those closest to the beach in the picture above.) Sound confusing? See if this view helps. Special features of Admiralty Point 1 include the garden apartments from floors 2 to 9. The Waterside Shops and 5th Avenue South are about equidistant to the north and the south, respectively. Venetian Village is even closer. Guest resorts can be found in all directions – the Ritz-Carlton, Naples Grande, and Naples Bay Resort. The Naples Philharmonic is just to the north.
