  • Make sure that all of the issues fom the final walk through have been resolved.
  • Your attorney or closing real estate agent will search the title.
  • Your attorney or closing agent will explain settlement statement as well as the deed and have the seller sign all applicable forms
  • The closing costs will be subtracted from your proceeds.
  • At the end, the keys will be given to the buyer
  • The funds will be dispursed by the attorney or closing agent after all checks have cleared the escrow account.
