The Pelican Point condo building is a luxury mid-rise community that sits directly on Venetian Bay off Park Shore Drive in the Park Shore community in beautiful Naples, FL.
The Pelican Point condos were constructed in 1974 and are home to 36 condos spread across six floors. Each unit ranges from roughly 1,000 square feet to about 2,000 square feet. Residents living in this community enjoy views facing south across the calm waters of Venetian Bay.
Residents interested in taking to the water can lease one of the eight boat slips owned by the condo association. Residents can lease or buy a slip at the nearby Venetian Bay Yacht Club if the association’s boat slips aren’t available. Other amenities available to Pelican Point residents include a spacious outdoor patio space with a pool and a large grilling area overlooking the bay. Pelican Point shares the space with the neighboring Pelican Point West condo community. Residents have access to indoor amenities, including a community room and library as well.
The Pelican Point condos are also fantastic for pet lovers, with a single small pet allowed. Each unit has at least one covered parking space with additional storage. Some units have two allocated parking spaces. Residents who want to lease their condos can do so once a year for a minimum of 90 days. The building is kept secure with a keypad entry system.
A short walk across the bridge gives residents access to the premier open-air shopping and dining at The Village Shops on Venetian Bay. Residents are only a couple minutes from the Park Shore Beach Park, where they can enjoy the white sand Gulf Coast beaches that Naples is known for.
