Shores of Naples

The community pool at the Shores of Naples, built in the Moorings before current Collier County restrictions took effect, is a mere 50 feet from the beach! Thus a walk on the beach, a swim, and a shower can be accomplished with an absolute minimum travel time. However, there are plenty of modern features at the Shores: both elevators are brand new and repainting took place in 2004.

Amenities at the Shores include bike storage space by each carport. The roof is pressure washed every year, and ongoing maintenance includes addition of new trees and pool pump installation. The current managers have been at the Shores since 2002.

Located in the Moorings, Shores of Naples is in a great location for reaching Naples’ attractions. At 2401 Gulf Shore Boulevard N, shopping areas like Venetian Village, Waterside Shops, and Fifth Avenue South are just minutes away. The Philharmonic Center for the Arts is just north of the Moorings/Park Shore area. Also, the Naples Bay Resort, Ritz-Carlton, and Naples Grande are not more than fifteen minutes from any Moorings property.
