Naples Real Estate Rebound?

It’s no secret that the real estate market has been a little less than booming recently. But senior economist Lawrence Yun, from the National Association of Realtors, has assured Naples real estate agents that the local market is likely to turn around. From the Naples Daily News article:

[Yun] said the impact on the local real estate market was “due to a lack of confidence, not necessarily due to the lack of financial wherewithal. But with the pent-up demand accumulating, it’s just a matter of time before it’s unleashed onto the market.”

This should be good news for those considering an investment in Naples real estate. Yun predicted that the reversal of the current market will probably take place in early 2008. If that is the case, now may be the best time to buy at bargain prices.
