Amenity Deck Completed in the Strada

On April 4th, the amenity deck at the Strada at Mercato was completed. Catering to the residents of the Strada, this Amenity deck has everything you could ever need. Here you will find: Multiple grills, a fire pit, a social bar, veranda, rooftop dog walking area, a clubhouse, and a pool with a waterfall.

Inside the clubhouse you will find a bar, flat screen TV, billiards, a fireplace, and plenty of places to sit down and relax. It also contains a full size exercise area, and a full kitchen perfect for hosting a social event.

If you haven’t had a chance to check out the residences at the Mercato, they have great tours almost daily. The Residences range from one to three bedrooms and have between 1,000 and 2,400 square feet. There are 10 models available for viewing, furnished by prestigious designers. The prices of each unit range from $500,000 to over $1 million. Each unit comes with 2 parking spaces, and just seconds from shopping, dining, and a soon to be movie theater.
