Beacon House condominiums ideal for people who love the water
Beacon House condominiums are bay-front units that provide more than just an amazing view of the water. With boat slips on the property and no bridges on the short trip to the Gulf, residents truly enjoy living on the water.
Located near the North end of Gulf Shore Boulevard North in Naples, Beacon House condominiums sit on Moorings Bay south of Doctors Pass. Boaters can be in the Gulf of Mexico within minutes. The marina has 39 slips available and can accommodate boats up to 40 feet. The waterways are ideal for all types and sizes of boats, including sailboats.
Residents can also walk to the beach, go kayaking or spend time relaxing around the pool.
About Beacon House Condominiums
The community is comprised of two buildings. The Beacon House West Tower has 26 units on 8 floors, with larger penthouse units on the top floor. In the East Tower, there are 24 units on 7 floors. Units range in size from 680 to 1,950 square feet and have a view of Moorings Bay, the Gulf or both.
Although the buildings were built in the 1960s, the common areas and most of the units have been remodeled and upgraded. Renovation work includes nearly $3 million spent on elevator improvements, balconies, pool, electric, renovated common areas, new pavers and plumbing in pool. Also, there have been improvements to the docks and the roof has been replaced.
Amenities include a marina, outdoor grilling area, community room, pool, laundry facility and two guest suites. Residents have a carport for parking. No pets are allowed.
The units can also be a great investment opportunity. Two leases are allowed per year, each with a minimum 90 day stay.
Owners of Beacon House units receive membership to the private Moorings Beach.
