Although the buildings were built in the 1960s, the common areas and most of the units have been remodeled and upgraded. Renovation work includes nearly $3 million spent on elevator improvements, balconies, pool, electric, renovated common areas, new pavers and plumbing in pool. Also, there have been improvements to the docks and the roof has been replaced.
