Find Stylish Serenity at Provence in Park Shore
Provence in Park Shore is an 85-unit condominium complex located right on the Florida coastline. This Naples waterfront condo complex is a great choice if you want condo-style amenities, extremely well-manicured grounds, and sleek exteriors that look clean and cosmopolitan.
Even better, beach access is private, so you get open expanses of sand instead of a platoon of beachgoers. If you’re looking in Park Shore for a home, Provence is one development you don’t want to miss.
The facts
Provence was built in 2000, making it one of the more recent developments in the Park Shore area. The building is a luxury apartment-style high rise with white exteriors and blue glass, which create lovely sea-inspired patterns around the building. Residents have access to a community room, library, exercise facilities, a vehicle wash area, and a pool and sauna.
Pets are allowed with approval, and that includes large dogs. If boating is your thing, you can lease or purchase slips so that your boat is always nearby.
The history
Park Shore began as a land purchase in the 1960s. Raymond L. Lutgert wanted to create a shoreline community in Naples that would be convenient, luxurious, and exclusive. At the time, there were no other planned communities in the state of Florida; Park Shore was, and is, a trailblazer.
Today, 36 different developments make up Park Shore. The area is close to all the shopping and entertainment that Naples has to offer, and the units offer enough privacy and quiet so that you can spend the day relaxing.
Provence is a gorgeous example of what Park Shore has to offer. If you’re interested in one of the units, Larry Roorda can help.
