The Breakers has remained a viable property and thriving community for more than 50 years. Built in 1968, the Breakers offers 32 units across four buildings in The Moorings development area.
Two three-storey waterfront condo buildings are mere footsteps from the beach and two five-storey ones tower behind them. Each building is constructed of durable concrete and features hurricane-tempered glass windows. Although earlier buildings in the area have been replaced by newer structures, the Breakers remains an example of excellent craftsmanship.
