Built in 1968, this community in The Moorings is home to 80 condos spread throughout 20 villa-style buildings that stretch across six acres from the Gulf of Mexico to the mouth of Moorings Bay. Each building in the Indies West condo community has four units ranging in size from 1,200 to 1,700 square feet. The westernmost buildings line the coast and wrap around private green space, while the easternmost buildings sit along the bay and surround a small, private, 20-slip marina where residents can lease space to dock their boats.

Indies West residents enjoy private access to Moorings Beach and a community pool and clubhouse. Each unit can be leased twice a year for a minimum of 90 days, but pets are not allowed in the community. Each unit also shares a private oversized 2-car garage space with one neighbor which includes extra storage. This unique condo community has recently undergone renovations, including a new seawall, roofs, docks, and irrigation system.

Thanks to its location directly on Doctors Pass, boaters can reach the Gulf without having to navigate underneath any bridges.
