La Villa Riviera co-op offers a rich sense of community

The community has a water cleaning station so residents can wash off the sand from the beach.

La Villa Riviera residents can lease their units twice a year for a period between 90 days and six months. This is a pet-free community. There is a combination of covered and uncovered parking for residents, with reserved parking for guests in front of the community.

Living in The Moorings gives residents easy access to the top-of-the-line shopping and dining throughout downtown Naples. Just minutes away is the historic Fifth Avenue South, and a short drive north is The Village Shops on Venetian Bay.
