Madrid Club: Moorings Bayfront

Located near the north end of the Moorings, the Madrid Club offers private water access via boat slips and a lift. There’s nothing wrong with a backyard boatlift, now is there? Built in 1975, the Madrid Club is carefully maintained and has been tastefully updated. Recent improvements include repainted, re-sleeved sewer lines. All right, that may not sound so thrilling, but just check out these pictures. The Madrid Club has certainly aged well.

Along with water access, the Madrid Club features a community pool, exercise room, sauna, and library. Beach access is not deeded, but two public beach access points, Vedado and Horizon Way, are right across the street.

At 3430 Gulf Shore Boulevard N, the Madrid Club is ideally located in Naples. The Moorings is within a five-minute drive of the Naples Philharmonic, Venetian Village, Waterside Shops, and Naples Grande. As far as bayfront, beach-access living goes, the Moorings area is tough to beat. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Bay Resort, and 5th Avenue South are all relatively similar distances away from the Madrid Club.
