Pending Sales at Three Year High
The sales for February were the highest they have been in the previous three years according to the Naples Area Board of Realtors. The Overall Pending sales continue an upward trend in February. The overall pending sales increased 69 percent compared to February 2008. Pending sales are a key indicator of buyers activity. All around the Naples Area and Southwest Florida sales have been increasing, and inventory has been decreasing. This could be the sign we have been looking for towards our way out of the recession and be back on our way up.
