The Mercato: coming soon

The Mercato, which will feature shops, restaurants and 175 luxury living units, is nearing completion. For residents of Park Shore and the Moorings, this means another nearby option for fine shopping and dining, in addition to the Waterside Shops, 5th Avenue, and of course the Village on Venetian Bay. According to one article in the Naples Daily News:

Major tenants include Whole Foods Market and The Capital Grille, which are open, with construction progressing on a restaurant location for McCormick & Schmick’s and five casual dining restaurants – AZN, Bravo! Italiana Cucina, Piola, The Pub and Stage Deli.
