The Wall Street Journal posted the results for The Top Thousand Real Estate Professionals September 6, 2011. The rankings are based on Sales Volume and Transaction Sides honoring the Top 250 residential sales agents and agent teams.
Agents and teams affiliated with NRT and the independently owned and operated franchisees of the Realogy Franchise Group accounted for a significant presence:
60 % of the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume
48 % of the Top 250 Agents by Transaction Sides
32 % of the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume
16 % of the Top 250 Teams by Transaction Sides
Specifically, Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. Agents ranked high in the Wall Street Journal Report. 28 agents and 4 sales teams were featured in The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals. The #4 agent in the country honored in the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume reached over $220 million in volume for the year 2010.
