Venetian Village to be Updated!
Built in Park Shore in 1987, The Village on Venetian Bay has been a Naples fixture for 20 years. Now, Venetian Village will receive a 4 million dollar update. Scheduled to last from June until sometime this fall, the renovations will not affect Venetian Village’s unique Mediterranean architecture, according to an article in the Naples Daily News:
The update will include new floors, fountain improvements, railings, lights, landscaping, paint and fabrics.
Check out the article link for more details about the project. During the period of renovation, the Village on Venetian Bay will maintain regular operating hours.
Jealous of Park Shore residents, who have but a few minutes walk from their homes to Venetian Village? Well, if you can’t beat ’em, perhaps you could join ’em.
