Venetian Villas is a Mediterranean-style bayfront community. It was built by the Lutgert Companies in two separate phases; the south side was completed in 1978 and a year later the north side was completed in 1979.

Venetian Villas is made of 32 charming villas ranging from one-, two-, and three stories. The living areas range from 1,800 to 4,400 square feet. Each villa comes with one enclosed garage space, some units come with two.

Owners can lease their property once a year for a minimum of 90 days.
