Spindrift is a bay front cooperative built in 1979.
The Spindrift enjoys a tremendous location. The building sits on the Moorings Bay just two buildings north of the direct access of Doctor’s Pass.
Directly across the street is the Miramar Beach Access, allowing for a short and convenient walk to the white sands of Moorings Beach. The Spindrift is a cooperative that allows 2 leases per year with a 60 day minimum stay.
No pets are allowed.
Spindrift is comprised of 33 units. Only two units have not been released from the land lease that oiriginally covered the entire property. This six story building consists of individual units that range in size from about 1,200 to 1,400 square feet. Most of the units have a covered carport parking but all have an assigned space.
The Spindrift owners enjoy a community room and a pool as well as an outdoor grilling area by the pool.
Boat slips with direct Gulf access are available for lease through the association for $1,000 per year. It is convenient and easy to travel south to 5th Avenue or north to Venetian Village for shopping and dining.
