Naples Bay Resort Hotel to open soon

The hotel at the Naples Bay Resort will be ready for business within the next several months, according to a recent Naples Daily News article:

According to Peter Carroll of Antaramian Development Group, the developer of Naples Bay Resort, The Hotel, which features 85 rooms/suites, will receive its certificate of occupancy, the last step before interior work is completed, in December.

Driving by the resort on U.S. 41 East, it’s easy to see that the new hotel section is meant to capture the Mediterranean look of cities like Venice, where waterways coexist with several-story-high residences. The amenity package at the Naples Bay Resort includes

15,000-square-foot clubhouse which offers a fitness center, six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a resort-style pool with a lazy river, poolside cuisine at the Blue Water Bistro, and beverage service; and special access to nearby, private golf courses.

Incidentally, for longer stays the Naples Bay Resort has a variety of cottage rentals, located adjacent to the clubhouse, pool area, and tennis courts. J104, for example, is an excellent unit, featuring three flat-screen televisions, lovely furnishings, and high-speed wireless internet.
