Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is 15^th on the Top 25 Firms ranked by Average Sales Price in REAL Trends, 2011.  We are the only firm in Florida to be ranked in REAL Trends, showing that Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is the true luxury leader.

Year to Date Rankings through May 31^st, 2011, show Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as #1 in all areas including Market Share, Average Sales Price, Dollar Volume, & Closed Volume.  Dollar Volume also increased 15% when compared to last year.

Statistics show that Florida also has 31% of the total International Sales in the United States for this year.
