The waterfront community’s website describes it as the best of “urban living with suburban quiet yet provides many of the amenities of larger more prestigious developments.”

Seagate has 90 single-family homes, most of which are located on a canal that leads to the Gulf. It’s hard to find a single-family home in such an ideal location so close to the beach. The community is near Park Shore and The Moorings, coveted areas for beachfront and waterfront living.

Although this community has a property owner’s association, it’s optional to join. The association is responsible for landscaping and lighting along Seagate Drive entryway, representing the neighborhood on topics of interest at governmental board meetings and other areas of interest to the community.

There is also a Beach Club that homeowners can join to gain access to a private beach and the Beach Club Pavilion. It’s located in nearby Naples Cay and offers parking, picnic tables, grills, shower and foot wash area, bathrooms, and lighting for activities after the sun sets.

The Seagate subdivision is a rare find. Homeowners enjoy the best of what Naples has to offer.
