Spindrift: Bayfront, Moorings

With boat slips for lease and a Doctor’s Pass just to the South, Spindrift Club in the Moorings offers an excellent amenity set for those who seek all the benefits of condominium bayfront living. Residences each come with one assigned parking space (no motorcycles or trucks allowed), and there are 20 guest spots. Odd-numbered units overlook the bay, while even-numbered units on the upper floors have a beach view. Recent renovations include new elevators as of 2004.
