The Surfsedge condominium was built by the Lutgert Companies directly on the Gulf of Mexico in 1974 with unobstructed gulf views. Surfsedge has 112 residential units on 14 floors. Residences range in size from 1,267 to 1,647 square feet of living area.

There is 24-hour security as well as a resident manager.
