The Bordeaux Club was built in 1974 on the corner of Gulf Shore Boulevard North and Harbour Drive. There are 64 units on four floors, in this bayfront condominium. Two leases are allowed per year, for a 60-day minimum stay. Pets are not allowed
The amenities offered at the Bordeaux Club include a peaceful bayfront pol, an outdoor kitchen area, fishing pier, social room, extra storage for each unit and access to Moorings Beach Park. Residents can lease boat slips, with only one bridge to the Gulf.
Centrally located on Gulf Shore Boulevard North the Bordeaux club is located south of the dining and shopping opportunities at Venetian Village, and only a short drive away form historic 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South.
