The Waldorf was built on the Moorings beachfront in 1985 and features great beach views from all units. Amenities include a beachfront pool, exercise room, and vehicle wash. Floor plans are large, starting at 2700 square feet, and all owners receive a one-car underbuilding garage. Pets are not allowed. Owners at Waldorf tend to utilize the units themselves. Recently minor facelift to the outside of the building and a new grill.
