The La Maison Club, located at the far north end of the Moorings, features a bayfront pool, a picnic area, bike storage, and a brand-new exercise room (2007). Boat slips are available for purchase. Residents receive one covered parking space. No pets. The rules at La Maison allow for one rental per year, with a minimum 30 day stay.
