Coquina Sands, built in 1973, is a bayfront condominium located in the Moorings, north between Gulf Shore Boulevard North and Harbour Drive, north of Doctors Pass. This mid-rise condominium consists of 70 units spread out over four floors. The floor plans range from a little over 1,000 to 1,300 square feet. There are 54 carports at Coquina Club, so most owners have a covered parking spot. Although, every owner does not have an assigned space. Residents can lease their property twice a year each for a minimum of 90 days. Pets are not allowed.
The amenities at Coquina Club include a bayside pool and grilling area, social room, boat slips, bike storage, an on-site manager, and additional storage space. Beach access is less than a five-minute walk across the street to the Vedado Beach access point.
Coquina Club has 22 boat slips that are available for lease through the association and include electricity and water. Boaters only have one bridge to under before they reach Doctors Pass.
