Lausanne

Lausanne and its sister building Lucerne were both built by BC&B. The twin buildings of Lausane occupy the largest single piece of property in the Moorings. This building has some unique features in that it is comprised of two nearly identical buildings joined by a magnificent 30,000-square-foot pool deck.

Each building contains an open atrium with a waterfall in the center. All units come with one under-building parking space, although additional spaces can be purchased separately or with a unit. 

The North building has a more modern decor and also contains the management offices. Open houses are not allowed. A $50 application fee and personal interview are required for new residents. Minimum 90-day lease with a maximum of 3 per year.
