Beacon House II (West) is slightly taller and newer than its sister tower. Its 8 stories and 26 residences are found a little more inland, but still feature great views and three exposures. The units in the West building tend to be a bit larger than those in the East building.
As it is located only a few hundred feet from Doctors Pass, Beacon House is a boaters' paradise: the 39 boat docks are owned by the association and can be leased for under $3000, depending on size. There are no bridges to pass under before reaching the Gulf, so sailing craft is quite welcome. With only 5 minutes of boating time to the Gulf, Beacon House is one of the best boating locations in the Moorings/Park Shore area.
