Miramar was built in 1974 just north of Doctor’s Pass and south of the Harbour Drive bridge, directly on Moorings Bay. This condominium consists of 28 units with floorplans ranging from about 1,250 to 2,000 square feet. Each unit has a covered parking space either under the building or in a covered carport. At Miramar, you can lease your property once a year for a 90-day minimum stay. Pets are not allowed.

Miramar owners enjoy a pool and grilling area, social room, extra storage, vehicle wash area and common laundry; however, owners can install their washers and dryers in their unit. Boat slips are available for lease through the association, there is direct access to the Gulf without any bridges. Beach access is directly across the street at the Via Miramar access point. Miramar owners are close to shopping and dining at Venetian Village and 5th Avenue.
