The Moorings Bay Apartments were built in 1967 on the south side of Harbour Drive, east of the Harbour Drive Bridge. The complex is a 3-story building consisting of 24 units, ranging in size from 1,100 to 1,680 square feet. Leases are not permitted for the first 3 years of ownership. After that, you can lease the property once a year with a 60-day minimum.

This Bayfront condominium has direct Gulf access and no bridges to the Gulf. Boat slips can be leased for $500 a year. No pets are allowed and each owner has an assigned parking space. Beach access is a short walk over the bridge and then south to the Miramar Beach access.
