Southern Clipper is a low-density condominium consisting of 30 units that were built on Moorings beach in 1970. With 6 stand-alone villas, consisting of 2 units each, and 18 units in a mid-rise condominium, this building takes advantage of Gulf views throughout. Residences range from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet in size.

One lease is allowed for a 30 minimum, but no pets are allowed. The amenities at Southern Clipper include a beachfront pool, outdoor grilling area, extra storage for each unit, and an onsite manager. Common laundry is available, however, owners can choose to install washers and dryers in their units as well.
